Objectives

  • The program will deliver increased level of awareness on the importance of visual standards and equip the team with skills to ensure they can actively make positive changes to their business now and sustain these in the longer term.
  • Participants will be guided to understand the key issues and effecting the decisions and planning they will undertake to manage the daily and promotional Visual Merchandising aspects of the business.
  • The program is designed to both inspire and align the processes of the participants to highest industry standards to create and maintain more vibrant retail environments.
